Weaver Nut Company will be hosting live chocolate demos by Barry Callebaut representative Bruce Smith during our anniversary sale in October. These demos are geared towards those of you that want to learn how to make chocolate candies at home to beginners in the candy making industry. However, Bruce has been doing this for many years and has some great pointers that even some of the skilled chocolatiers haven't seen yet.

The theme for this years demos will be Candy Making Made Easy, along with other topics such as:

"Tempering made easy" - you won't believe how easy it is to temper, come see Bruce show off a trick he has picked up while working with chocolate.
Specialty fillings- Cara Crakine, Pralin Feuillitine, chocolate syrup and more!
Caramel Apples - See how you can "wrap" a caramel apple, no melting required
Mona Lisa Dessert cups and shells
